HVAC service company, one of the leading service companies in Paris, France. It provides services for medium and larger enterprises and corporations, with a flagship project in the form of servicing the city's main attraction, the Eiffel Tower.

The created system manages the sales department (inquiries, offers, customers, suppliers) and the service department (schedules of orders and service tasks).

Among the functionalities, the following areas can also be distinguished: fluid balance, Fi-BSD electronics, project management, machine management, service planning, intervention reports and real-time management/response. Monitoring service activities in real time and responding to emergency situations and failure reports supported by a knowledge base regarding the location of intervention and machine history. The system supports FI-BSD electronics (Fieldbus Interface - Building System Devices), which allows integration and communication with devices in buildings, such as sensors, controllers, etc.
